We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. As soon as you place your order the process begins. Every piece is handmade to perfection. Estimated Delivery in 3-3.5 Weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I properly care for this garment to maintain its quality?

To ensure your garment stays in top condition, we recommend following the care instructions on the care label and "Product Care" section of your items. Typically, machine wash cold with like colors and air dry. Please avoid using fabric softeners or bleach to preserve the fabric’s integrity.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the tags still attached. Some exclusions may apply, so please refer to our full return policy for more details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can log into your account and click on "Request Return" on the item to initiate the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and accept your returned item, refunds will process within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
