What size should I order? Are the items true to size?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the tags still attached. Some exclusions may apply, so please refer to our full return policy for more details.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return, you can log into your account and click on "Request Return" on the item to initiate the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Once we receive and accept your returned item, refunds will process within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
